Built a full-stack quantitative trading and backtesting platform to support strategy backtesting, comparison, optimization, and analytics via REST APIs and asynchronous jobs. Implemented a timeframe-agnostic backtesting engine with realistic execution modeling and intrabar risk controls. Optimized heavy strategy workloads using NumPy vectorization and parallelized parameter grid search.

Developed a voice-controlled alarm clock that sets and manages alarms using spoken commands. Implemented speech processing with LPC and word/number recognition using an HMM workflow over pre-recorded voice data. Built the solution in C/C++ to enable end-to-end command recognition and alarm control.

Worked on QzRE (Quartz Risk Engine), a platform for valuation, risk measures, and P&L computations across multiple business lines. Developed and improved Python components and job/workflow automation for reliable intraday risk processing. Contributed to backend production code for QzRE, including configuration/execution workflow enhancements and debugging with cross-functional teams. Built and supported workflows for trade- and market-data driven continuous repricing using distributed processing.

Taught computer science courses including data structures and algorithms, algorithm design, theory of computation, and compiler design. Delivered programming labs and practical sessions, guiding students through implementing algorithms and solving complex problems. Created and evaluated coding assignments, practical assessments, and technical projects focusing on problem-solving and structured thinking.
