Developed and improved the team’s mobile test automation approach for iOS and Android. Increased automated test coverage from very low levels to about half of the suite, and reduced regression testing time by about 2x. Implemented Shift Left practices, planned smoke and regression releases, built iOS UI automation with a page-object approach, and supported API and SQL-based investigation. Coordinated with developers and QA, reviewed test code, handled defects, and used observability and analytics tools to analyze issues.

Built and structured the mobile testing process from scratch and coordinated testing across a large set of iOS and Android applications. Performed manual, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, including validation of integrations and feature behavior. Conducted API testing and used SQL for data checks and defect investigation. Mentored junior QA engineers and supported their onboarding and day-to-day testing development.
