• Introduced designer grading and individual development plans.
• Established product design processes across the R&D team.

Founded and managed a full-cycle digital agency working with clients across Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Led discovery, requirements definition, UX/UI design and delivery of digital products ranging from landing pages and e-commerce platforms to SaaS solutions.

Managed a multidisciplinary team of up to 15 people while remaining directly involved in product and interface design.

The agency delivered 1,000+ websites and digital projects across CIS and European markets.
