Owned end-to-end quality engineering and test strategy for Alexa+ ShoppingExpert, building scalable validation workflows for distributed AI-powered services. Designed distributed automation across multiple test layers (API, integration, contract, regression, end-to-end) on Linux/AWS microservices. Developed AI-assisted quality validation for LLM services, covering grounding and hallucination checks, and led performance and reliability testing for high-throughput workloads. Implemented CI/CD-integrated automation and observability-driven quality gates to support safe production releases.

Built scalable test automation frameworks for enterprise applications, covering UI, API, backend, database, and distributed system validation. Implemented regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites using Java-adjacent tooling and automation utilities, improving coverage and release readiness. Developed reusable C/C# validation components for backend data checks and functional verification, and executed Linux-based testing with SQL integrity validation. Coordinated with engineering teams in Agile to define test strategies and mentor automation engineers on framework design and debugging.
