Managed continuous engineering activities and engineering change requests for global manufacturing lines. Executed NPD work by applying DFMEA and concept-level poka-yoke, using 3D printing prototypes for validation and supporting global compliance certifications (UL, CSA, REACH, RoHS). Produced ANSI-standard drawings with GD&T and managed BOM release while leading value engineering cost-reduction initiatives for UPS battery cabinet designs.

Built cross-functional experience across internal sales (quotation in SAP), production planning, and supply chain for customized manufacturing. Managed a MOD-CNC unit with a team of 6, delivering customer-specific products and supporting operational improvements. Implemented Kanban and JIT practices, conducted stage-gate milestones (EVT/DVT/PVT), performed RCA and CAP, and monitored first-pass yield.
