Provided support, improvements, customization, and reporting for Netsis ERP processes in the 2024–2025 period. In the SAP S/4HANA transition that started in 2025, prepared FI-related partner and main account data for transfer across 17 companies, correcting errors in source data using SQL. Since 2026, mainly perform SAP ABAP development for core ERP tasks and continue Netsis support for legacy processes and required reporting. Also supported finance with FI consultants and designed data transfer flows for hospitality third-party integrations, troubleshooting issues with Postman.

Acted as the owner responsible for ERP implementation steps, coordinating with the project manager to deliver setup, process analysis, data migration, user training, and go-live activities. Worked on support and improvements across logistics, sales, inventory, intercompany processes, accounting, finance, production, and foreign trade, including involvement in parts of MRP-2 and cost accounting work. Developed Netsis Script screen customizations, built SQL-based reports, and automated order–delivery workflows using document and data transfers. Designed inventory counting flow using Excel VBA and NetOpenX, and supported integrations with third-party software using NetOpenX, REST services, and Postman.

Provided predominantly on-site ERP consulting support to Netsis users, covering module assistance, e-processes, setup, and application troubleshooting. Prepared SQL reports based on customer needs and contributed to application customizations and adaptations. Supported ongoing ERP operations as part of user-facing implementation and support activities.
