Worked on the retail and business parts of the bank website, including product pages, funnels, promo landing pages and business web services. Translated business briefs into page structure, user scenarios and UI design, and supported work from mockups through production. Acted as a Product Owner on selected tasks by decomposing work for developers and graphic designers and monitoring progress. Participated in redesigning existing product funnels and pages using a reusable design-system component approach, and performed structural UX analysis to identify recurring problems.

Designed 100+ screens for e-commerce and internal B2B systems, covering requirements gathering, user-scenario analysis, prototyping, UI design, specifications and handoff to development. Conducted UX analysis and A/B testing of pages, improving sign-in conversion and reducing bounce/exit rates. Designed internal warehouse interface flows, contributing to process-time reduction for inbound handling. Supported product and marketing work for international markets, including Africa and the UAE.

Prepared UX documentation including competitor analysis, user stories, customer journey maps and user flows. Conducted one usability test and participated in two additional usability tests for the B2B direction. Redesigned PLP page menu and side filters for desktop and mobile, then designed partner dashboard functionality and delivered mockups to development with a final implementation review.

Redesigned an internal service process from receiving a request to creating tasks for employees to execute. Produced screens for corporate training course experiences for both the company and its clients. Focused on clearer internal workflows and improved usability for end users of the training system.

Designed sections of an internal fleet management system, including finance-related areas, fines, technical condition, insurance and operational workflows. Ensured the UI matched real business logic and the responses received from backend APIs. Coordinated closely with backend/frontend to adapt the design to integrated system behavior.

Designed a unified workflow for insurance operations to replace manual calculations and work in Excel/Word. Covered the end-to-end process including damage assessment, payout calculation, document uploads and reporting. Reduced the assessment cycle from about two weeks to a few hours through workflow and UI improvements.
