Lead civil and structural rehabilitation works across refinery facilities, including demolition, reinstatement, and reconstruction of utility and power distribution structures. Coordinate execution with client representatives, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet safety, quality, and milestone targets. Provide technical leadership for structural modifications, review legacy structure conditions, and manage engineering documentation such as method statements and work packs.

Manage infrastructure construction activities including roads, pavements, drainage, culverts, and perimeter fencing across multiple states. Supervise civil works supporting the Nigeria Oil and Gas Park Scheme, including internal road networks and capacity development facilities. Prepare schedules and cost estimates, coordinate procurement and contractor activities, and monitor site compliance with specifications, environmental requirements, and safety rules.

Supervise construction and reconstruction of rigid link pavements and associated civil structures, including tank base and bond wall works. Conduct site inspections to ensure concrete quality control and compliance with structural design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and support survey activities for establishment of levels, inverts, and spot heights.

Perform QA/QC inspections on reinforced concrete structures, precast components, diaphragm walls, and port infrastructure facilities. Supervise installation of precast bridge beams and marine-related works, including drainage systems and related port structures. Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and compile inspection reports, quality documentation, and punch lists.

Supervise construction of a multi-storey commercial complex, covering structural works and finishing trades such as blockwork and plastering. Prepare measurement and evaluation documentation used for project valuation and cost tracking. Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials daily, ensure compliance with engineering drawings and safety standards, and maintain site and technical records.
