Led day-to-day operations for hybrid enterprise IT covering servers, networks, databases, and end-user services. Administered Debian and Astra Linux plus Windows Server, handling complex L3 incidents and performance issues. Designed and hardened VMware virtual infrastructure and network services (firewalls, VLANs, DNS/DHCP) to meet cybersecurity requirements, and managed IP telephony and GIS platforms. Planned and implemented backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes while coordinating technical teams and vendor/systems compliance work.
