Built multi-tenant payment platform services for high-volume transactions using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless components. Implemented event-driven microservices and improved reliability with resilience patterns, centralized error handling, and distributed logging. Developed React-based merchant portals and contributed REST and GraphQL API services with secure authentication and authorization. Set up automated testing and CI/CD for repeatable deployments and monitored production reliability with Grafana and Prometheus while optimizing PostgreSQL and Redis performance.

Developed SaaS business applications and backend microservices using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Integrated AWS Lambda and other cloud services into REST API workflows and implemented asynchronous processing pipelines with event messaging. Built enterprise insurance web portals and backend REST APIs for policy administration, claims workflows, and customer services. Implemented asynchronous, microservice-style backend processes using AWS SNS, SQS, and Lambda and designed relational database schemas with SQL Server performance optimizations. Established automated testing and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker. Supported production operations with monitoring and troubleshooting using CloudWatch and centralized logging, while contributing to technical documentation and standards.
