Modernized analytics workloads across multiple Azure data services and AI tooling, enabling faster access to launch and business metrics. Built revenue and demand insight pipelines and ML-driven forecasting/propensity models, and led improvements to pipeline reliability, monitoring, governance, and distributed team execution.

Worked as a consultant and developer/mentor across multiple Seattle-area client engagements, shipping products for several organizations. Implemented an Exchange Server RPC client access middle tier in C#/.NET, including protocol handling and automated tests. Built analytics data marts for BI campaign measurement and created data extraction and search foundations for an education platform, supporting rapid content generation and indexing.

Led engineering delivery for client software solutions with globally distributed teams, including managing multiple concurrent project teams. Served as engineering lead for a configurable, permission-driven digital asset management and workflow platform and contributed to auditing-related functionality for an enterprise client. Developed multiple productivity web applications using .NET/C# and database-backed services, including data crawling and real-time spreadsheet/report generation features.
