Led ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts in a regulated banking environment, delivering secure, compliant solutions for IT and business teams. Designed scoped applications, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and client/server logic using ServiceNow scripting components. Built REST and SOAP-based integrations with external applications, implemented data migration using import sets and transform maps, and managed CMDB data and application security via ACLs and cross-scope permissions.

Administered and developed the ServiceNow platform for a public transportation agency, supporting core ITSM processes such as incident, problem, change, and request management. Created and configured forms, tables, fields, user/group access, assignment groups, SLAs, and related list layouts to improve operational workflows and reporting accuracy. Implemented security controls including ACLs, UI Policies, and Data Policies, and used schema mapping concepts to understand and maintain the platform’s data relationships.

Monitored and protected enterprise systems for a global airline, investigating potential cybersecurity threats and supporting incident response activities. Conducted vulnerability assessments and security audits, reviewed security logs and alerts using SIEM tooling, and applied corrective actions to reduce operational risk. Collaborated with IT and infrastructure teams to strengthen security controls and prepared incident and audit documentation for compliance and business continuity.
