Automated key business processes (construction control, health and safety, project handover) using Camunda, improving task cycle time and increasing process visibility. Gathered and formalized functional and non-functional requirements, aligned process scenarios with business stakeholders, and analyzed process execution and incidents in Camunda Cockpit. Designed microservice boundaries and data/event flows, created BPMN/UML architecture and integration diagrams, and specified synchronous REST/GraphQL/gRPC APIs and asynchronous Kafka event contracts. Built data queries for reporting in MongoDB and maintained service/integration documentation.

Developed bnect.pro as a business automation ecosystem covering marketplaces, procurement, and document workflows. Led migration for procurement and document circulation from BI Partners by analyzing current scenarios, dependencies, and migration requirements. Produced FRD and interface/data/design documentation aligned with product ownership, and supported development through release. Designed REST APIs, data models, and validation/integration rules for external systems including 1C:DO and 1C:Procurement.

Worked on Smart City initiatives focused on video monitoring and camera management systems. Created technical documentation using user stories and use cases, including UML sequence descriptions, and designed APIs for computer vision services. Prepared UI mockups for frontend implementation using Figma and regularly demonstrated new functionality to stakeholders to ensure business expectations were met.

Automated HR processes and document workflows using Camunda, including BPMN process modeling and low-code UI configuration. Developed and implemented a documentation knowledge base in Confluence with standardized project documentation practices to unify requirement management within the team.

Collected and formalized requirements for the Ondiris information system for gas accounting for a national operator. Produced a full set of project documentation, including standards/regulations and operational manuals, and supported customer acceptance to finalize deliverables and signing.
