Built an end-to-end quantitative AI platform for analyzing 50+ NSE stocks using Python-based data ingestion and storage into PostgreSQL. Developed risk and alpha ML pipelines with feature engineering and factor analysis using XGBoost and LightGBM, and evaluated downside risk with metrics such as VaR, expected shortfall, and volatility modeling. Integrated FinBERT-based sentiment scoring with market regime and indicator features, and implemented walk-forward backtesting with stress testing and portfolio optimization. Added explainability using SHAP and packaged the solution into a FastAPI and Streamlit application with dashboards and monitoring.
