Designed and built internal web applications and unified them into a single platform with role-based access, multi-level approval workflows, centralized document storage, and reporting/audit logging. Migrated manual Excel/Access/paper workflows to structured databases. Implemented dashboards, unified search, and OCR-based document processing. Deployed and maintained the system on on-premises Windows infrastructure using PM2 and Docker/WSL, handling troubleshooting, updates, and user support.

Analyzed supply chain and logistics operations to identify where software, AI, automation, and data could improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. Produced requirements and recommendations based on observed business processes and operational constraints.

Developed an e-commerce platform covering product management and inventory flows. Implemented payment processing and customer-facing features to support end-to-end purchase journeys. Focused on building maintainable application modules in a Java codebase.

Containerized a malware-classification model and deployed it as an inference API. Used a cloud deployment setup to expose model predictions for downstream usage. Focused on making model serving reliable and accessible over the web.

Built an Arabic lip-reading system with a custom dataset and a computer-vision mouth-tracking pipeline. Worked as part of a five-person team to implement and refine the vision approach for accurate lip movement recognition. Achieved strong team results within the academic competition context.
