Served as Engineering Manager for the Marafiq SWRO-4 EPC project involving a large reverse osmosis plant. Coordinated engineering leadership for the EPC delivery scope and supported technical execution through project engineering governance. Ensured the engineering team maintained alignment with project objectives and delivery timelines.

Established and led a specialized electrical and instrumentation team. Evaluated and approved E&I estimations and subcontracting agreements for fire, telecommunications, and cathodic protection systems. Qualified E&I material vendors and supported E&I requirements for the RO-4 project.

Led overall execution and strategic delivery of major EPC and electrical and instrumentation industrial contracts. Oversaw PMO-level coordination for industrial project execution. Managed delivery focus across commercial and technical project requirements.

Managed estimation, industrial projects, and procurement departments, including procurement oversight during earlier years. Directed project and commercial planning to support EPC and industrial delivery. Also acted as Engineering Manager for the GSI EPC contract for an ANOX-20 plant and associated water recovery unit.

Managed execution of major industrial contracts, leading a large workforce to deliver project scope. Took responsibility for contract delivery including industrial projects such as nitrogen recovery, electrical revamping, E&I handover, and maintenance works. Focused on planning and coordination to meet project execution targets.

Managed engineering delivery through a team supporting infrastructure projects. Coordinated execution activities for projects including SABIC and ARAMCO infrastructure scope such as airport runway lighting systems. Supported engineering handovers and technical completion of assigned work packages.

Worked across multiple industrial employers in Sudan and Libya across maintenance, operations, and electrification scope. Performed maintenance workshop engineering for manufacturing facilities and power boiler systems, and managed ionics water RO operations and water quality responsibilities. Also supported electrification and transmission line work including substations across oil field project areas, and completed trainee assignments in construction and maintenance.
