Collects and prepares historical customer, transaction, repayment, and demographic data for credit scoring model development and validation. Builds Power BI dashboards and reporting for credit KPIs including applications, approvals, disbursements, repayment rates, delinquency, NPLs, and recoveries. Monitors portfolio and scoring population trends to identify risks, anomalies, and emerging issues, and supports ML engineers by investigating data quality problems that affect model performance. Integrates new data sources via ETL workflows using Python.

Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and management reports for product performance KPIs such as activation, conversion, and engagement. Extracts, cleans, validates, and structures large datasets using SQL and Python before analysis and reporting. Analyzes application funnels and customer behavior to identify trends, anomalies, and performance issues for product and leadership teams. Performs data quality checks and reconciles datasets across source systems while documenting metric definitions and transformation logic.
