Led development, support, and implementation of Custodian, an Oracle Forms and Reports core banking solution used by 900+ cooperative bank branches. Managed database conversion and migrated data from multiple legacy systems into Custodian using SQL/PL/SQL-based ETL, ensuring data integrity and consistent system behavior. Coordinated with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements, deliver tailored changes, and perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.

Built an organization-wide call management system to migrate and manage legacy CMS records. Implemented sprint-wise call tracking with call history and status monitoring, along with dashboards for bank, department, and sprint views (pending, development, testing, and closed). Added faceted search, advanced filtering, and report generation/distribution to support efficient analysis and real-time sprint visibility.

Worked on data extraction and formatting from the Infra-soft Omni database to support integration with the Finacle system. Applied multiple extraction methods to ensure accurate and complete data retrieval. Prepared and validated the extracted data for smooth uploading into Finacle while maintaining integrity throughout the process.
