Led enterprise cloud adoption using AWS and Hadoop alongside identity and endpoint management approaches, and coordinated upgrades and implementations involving SAP, Oracle, and Workday. Delivered multiple infrastructure and cybersecurity-related project initiatives including Wi-Fi, network replacement, MPLS connectivity, and UCaaS, while also driving a mobility program that replaced paper workflows with mobile maintenance processes.

Contracted to improve technology infrastructure and operations by integrating Mac, Android, Linux, and iOS devices into the firm’s network. Clarified requirements across stakeholders, set up project tracking in Visual Studio Online, and communicated deliverables to the implementation team. Led customer operations for a Microsoft subsidiary focused on analytics, data visualization, and global support delivery. Owned onboarding and production-instance operations, including enterprise networking and UCaaS service delivery for a global customer base. Designed and evaluated multi-cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, and GCP, implemented AWS-based infrastructure with EC2 and S3 to improve provisioning time and reliability, and launched early Salesforce CRM adoption to accelerate quote-to-cash. Implemented operational security controls aligned to SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001, and managed SLAs/KPIs to improve incident response and operational performance.

Led internal IT operations across hundreds of projects using Agile governance to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Defined and deployed Azure-based services including Kubernetes, key automation frameworks, and CI/CD-oriented platform engineering approaches to accelerate releases. Owned global data center and infrastructure operations, including capacity planning and refresh, supporting high availability and operational reliability for large internal service portfolios. Helped coordinate integration of insurance claim and benefit systems with HIPAA compliance requirements and supported enterprise financial systems with strong data integrity, controls, and security.
