Support ERP implementation by coordinating organizational technology requirements and dependencies. Manage medical equipment interface activities and support related integration IT needs. Administer and troubleshoot CCTV infrastructure, maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers), and handle onboarding/offboarding. Oversee network connectivity, VPN and Wi‑Fi, user access management, backups, security, and coordinate with external vendors while monitoring performance and documenting changes.

Provide service and support for IT network installations and ongoing system maintenance for clients. Diagnose and repair technical issues to reduce downtime and improve customer satisfaction. Assist with configuration and deployment of network devices and support routine infrastructure maintenance activities.

Manage school-wide IT infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and reliable day-to-day operations. Administer endpoints and servers, manage IT inventory and asset lifecycles, and install/update operating systems and software. Handle network connectivity including VPN and Wi‑Fi, administer Active Directory user accounts, and manage Group Policy and access rights. Provide L1/L2 support with remote and on-site troubleshooting and coordinate with external vendors while supporting audits and maintaining documentation.
