Developed and enhanced Oracle PL/SQL business logic and banking reports for card products, transfers, and acquiring, including functionality delivered as part of an integration. Prepared aggregated and detailed datasets in support of regulatory requests from the Bank of Russia. Redesigned credit bureau data exports for a credit-card portfolio of about 1 million cards by moving to an event-driven processing model and parallel execution. Optimized accounting-entry transfer to the reporting database by splitting processing into stages and introducing parallel execution, significantly reducing execution time. Built internal banking reports and database interfaces for first-line support and operations, and enhanced Java services since 2023, including a REST service for exchanging historical data in XML. Handled production incidents through root-cause analysis and code fixes, and adapted the credit bureau report during a migration to Sigma and ClickHouse.

Diagnosed users’ technical issues and worked with user data and access permissions. Coordinated with related technical teams to restore service. Transitioned from technical support into software development.
