Designed and executed tests for policy servicing from creation and endorsements to renewals and claims-related activities. Checked policy inputs, mandatory fields, premium calculations, document information, and lifecycle status changes. Confirmed displayed details matched API responses and stored records, including scenarios with missing or invalid data.

Validated payment initiation and transaction tracking across multiple payment states including success, failure, pending, and timeout handling. Tested UPI collect request behavior, refunds, reversals, and settlement status transitions. Used API inspection and backend SQL checks to ensure status and reference identifiers match business rules.

Tested investment servicing workflows across client KYC, mutual fund purchase/redemption/SIP, stock trading, and portfolio/reporting. Verified mandatory inputs, order and transaction outcomes, and consistency of UI-versus-API-versus-database data. Covered invalid selections, missing information, failed transactions, and NAV/report accuracy against requirements.

Reviewed financial application requirements and translated business rules into testable validation points and scenarios. Executed functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for wealth, payments, insurance, and lending workflows. Validated REST API request/response behavior using Postman and verified persisted transaction and data integrity using SQL/MySQL. Logged defects in JIRA, coordinated retesting and release validation, and used Playwright with Python for basic UI automation where applicable.
