Led migration of monthly statement generation from AWS Step Functions to Temporal to prevent silent failures and improve scalability. Automated back-office lending communications by generating letter PDFs from case data and also defined an observability standard and led incident investigations for bank-feed failures.

Architected an eventually consistent microservices analytics platform using AWS Managed Flink and built a self-service onboarding portal to reduce client onboarding time. Designed and implemented a GenAI-powered customer support chatbot microservice using AWS Bedrock, improving support efficiency and response latency at scale.

Led build performance optimization for a large monorepo, significantly reducing clean build time. Developed a service to diagnose build failures and speed up triage and resolution. Planned and executed Office for Mac release pipeline migration to Azure, reducing downtime and operational overhead.

Built tooling to preserve workspace state for faster scenario re-runs, reducing server utilization and environment setup time.
