Produced task-focused user flows and interaction patterns to reduce ambiguity and support trust. Ensured the experience structure aligned with workflow constraints and policy requirements for multiple user roles.

Designed a healthcare fleet intelligence platform experience for hospital networks to monitor ambulance operations and operational KPIs. Built multi-module UX covering fleet management, live tracking, dispatch, crew, maintenance, and analytics/reporting views. Created dashboard-oriented UX with clear hierarchy to handle dense information while keeping usability and decision support in focus.

Created a conceptual automotive instrument cluster and dashboard experience focused on information hierarchy, glanceability, and driver interaction.
