Diagnoses compatibility and runtime failures, recreates legacy environments when needed, and uses compatibility approaches such as Wine or reverse engineering to preserve business workflows. Updates build systems and toolchains using CMake and GNU Autotools to enable maintainable cross-platform builds.

Introduces Agile release management and a Kanban workflow, using GitHub for issue tracking and milestone execution. Provides training on Git workflows including branching, merging, forking, and change management. Implements CI/CD for application validation and supports mobile modernization by porting a Dart/Flutter application to iOS and adapting it across iOS and Android devices.

Supports WebEx application operations for Federal customers in an AWS FedRAMP environment and for commercial production. Designs hybrid-cloud services across datacenters, and performs security-driven upgrades for Kafka and RabbitMQ to support FIPS 140 requirements. Automates infrastructure and services with Terraform and Ansible, and assists engineers with operational support for large Cassandra clusters and related components.

Leads a DevOps contractor team focused on infrastructure monitoring, deployment tooling, and application operations. Designs Kubernetes deployment workflows on Google Cloud using Kustomize and evaluates database solutions including TiDB/TiKV for improved performance. Builds CI/CD pipelines for multiple languages and drives platform migrations and operational capabilities such as Elasticsearch snapshot/restore and Docker Swarm to Amazon EKS.

Owns architecture design, CI/CD pipelines, and release management for a push notification system. Builds multi-regional infrastructure including VPC peering and NAT Gateway configuration, and designs distributed Cassandra database infrastructure. Automates AWS infrastructure using Terraform and runs GitLab-based CI/CD, migrating legacy applications into Docker containers and later transitioning services to EKS-managed infrastructure.

Automates AWS deployments using CloudFormation and builds CI/CD pipelines around AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy concepts. Uses Terraform to deploy and orchestrate hybrid cloud solutions and supports public-to-private cloud migration activities including Ceph deployments. Migrates Docker Swarm-based systems to Kubernetes on EKS and GKE, adding CI/CD automation and container caching platforms.
