Assessed the organization’s HR requirements and created a structured plan to establish HR functions from scratch. Built workforce planning and manpower plans, ran interviews, and supported hiring outcomes for approved staffing levels. Implemented HR policies and procedures, introduced and managed the Mawared HR system for records, attendance, leave, and payroll, and trained stakeholders for system handover.

Supervised a small recruitment team, providing guidance across sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation workflows. Supported onboarding and ensured completion of required HR documentation while improving coordination across the team.

Sourced and screened candidates for junior-level roles using online platforms and databases. Conducted initial phone and virtual interviews to assess fit, and coordinated interview schedules. Maintained candidate records and supported onboarding by preparing recruitment documentation.
