Manage Material Master lifecycle activities in SAP MDG, including creation, changes, blocking/unblocking, and governed material-extension requests through workflows. Provide L2 application support via ServiceNow by investigating workflow failures and master-data errors tied to validation rules. Support the SAP MDG–Informatica integration for validation and replication to downstream systems. Coordinate with business users and global stakeholders to resolve requests within service targets and contribute to ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.

Support a regional MDM team focused on service targets, SLA compliance, and master-data quality KPIs. Perform data-steward activities including validation, duplicate analysis, governance checks, and workflow monitoring. Maintain vendor, material, and customer master records, including vendor updates and new-vendor setup aligned to business rules. Collaborate with global stakeholders to investigate and improve consistency of master data issues affecting quality and pricing.

Maintain vendor, material, and customer master data in SAP ECC/S4HANA following data-quality and governance requirements. Support SAP MDG workflows including master-data validation, approval processing, and duplicate-prevention checks. Perform material master extensions and customer master maintenance across organizational levels. Work with cross-functional and supplier-facing stakeholders to resolve master-data issues within agreed service-level expectations.

Support procurement and production-planning activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to maintain material availability and operational continuity. Assist with MRP execution, goods receipt, inventory transactions, and production-order processing. Support procurement-related master-data and inventory records and help supply-chain teams improve operational efficiency.
