Created test plans, reusable checklists, and test case suites, estimated QA effort, and coordinated with product and engineering to align schedules. Executed smoke, sanity, regression, and compatibility testing, validated UI against Figma designs, and supported UAT preparation and stakeholder validation. Managed defects in Jira and improved QA process consistency through standardized documentation and reporting templates.
