Designed, developed, tested, deployed, and maintained software applications and healthcare information systems across platforms. Led requirements analysis, system design, software and database architecture, and integration/implementation activities. Resolved complex technical issues, improved performance, and supported upgrades and ongoing maintenance. Configured and troubleshooted ODK, REDCap, SurveyCTO, and DHIS2 workflows for data collection and longitudinal follow-up, and supported quality assurance and data management processes.

Managed and maintained research databases to support accurate, consistent, secure, and available data. Performed dataset validation, cleaning, quality control, backups, recovery, and user access management. Coordinated with statisticians and research teams to prepare, extract, structure, and verify datasets for analysis and reporting. Also supported data collection tooling and collaborated on data management and sharing with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Developed and implemented an ERP system for the institute to integrate core administrative functions. Included human resource management, inventory and asset management, procurement, and operational workflows to improve organizational efficiency and data handling. Supported implementation with attention to structured processes and reliable information flow across departments.

Built an integrated laboratory data management solution covering the end-to-end lab workflow from sample intake to storage, validation, reporting, and final result delivery. Implemented centralized storage, sample tracking, automated alerts, secure data handling, and workflow monitoring to improve traceability and efficiency. Focused on reliable validation and timely access to laboratory information for research use.
