Improved performance by optimizing PostgreSQL queries, indexing strategies, and caching mechanisms. Managed deployment reliability with Terraform, Docker, and automated CI/CD, and used monitoring plus tracing to accelerate incident response and system reliability across AWS environments.

Built enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and Azure for cloud-connected services supporting the Windows Mail & Calendar ecosystem. Delivered backend services and client-side capabilities for synchronization, notifications, and cross-device user experiences. Implemented secure REST APIs and service integrations for identity and messaging, and improved platform reliability with Azure automation and CI/CD pipelines. Optimized performance via profiling and SQL/query improvements, and developed an internal TypeScript/Electron prototype for cross-platform experimentation.
