Avtodor-Toll Roads is a Russian infrastructure management company based in Moscow and founded in 2014. The company is responsible for toll collection operations, the distribution of T-pass electronic transponders, and the provision of technical support services for motorists on federal high-speed highways. It operates as a specialized subsidiary of the State Company Russian Highways (Avtodor), managing payment systems and customer service centers across major transport corridors including the M-4 Don, M-11 Neva, and the Central Ring Road.
