Columbia Bank is a US regional commercial bank and the principal subsidiary of Columbia Banking System, the Tacoma, Washington based holding company formed by the combination of Columbia and Umpqua Bank. After the 2023 merger Umpqua Bank adopted the Columbia Bank name in 2025, and the bank now runs around 350 branches across Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Utah and Colorado, with equipment leasing through Financial Pacific Leasing. It hires tellers, branch and relationship managers, commercial and real estate underwriters, AML investigators, credit review and IT support staff.
