Overview

Ford Pro is the commercial vehicle business of Ford Motor Company, established as a separately reported unit in 2021 to serve fleet operators, trades and government customers. Rather than selling vans and trucks alone it bundles them with telematics, charging hardware and software, financing, servicing through a dedicated network and uptime commitments, so a customer buys a working fleet rather than individual vehicles. The unit sells the Transit van range and the F-Series Super Duty trucks, has become one of the most profitable parts of Ford, and operates from the company's base in Dearborn, Michigan.
