Hitachi Ventures

Hitachi Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Japanese technology conglomerate Hitachi. It invests in startups whose technologies align with Hitachi's businesses, including energy, mobility, industrial digitalization, healthcare and sustainability, and helps them work with the parent group. The firm was set up in 2019 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany, with a team also active in the United States.
