LVRTC, University of Latvia to cooperate on quantum networks research
Latvian state-owned re-transmission operator LVRTC has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the University of Latvia (LU MII). The parties plan to cooperate in R&D of quantum data transmission.
