Overview
Nord Security is a cybersecurity software company that develops consumer and business privacy tools including NordVPN, NordPass, NordLocker, NordLayer, the Saily eSIM app and the Coveron identity protection service, with its main operations in Vilnius, Lithuania. Founded in 2012 by Tomas Okmanas, Eimantas Sabaliauskas and Jonas Karklys when NordVPN launched, it became a unicorn in 2022 after raising outside capital at a 1.6 billion dollar valuation. Its openings are mostly for backend Go and PHP engineers, site reliability engineers, Android, iOS and Windows developers, QA engineers, threat intelligence researchers and designers.
