Overview
NuScale Power is a US nuclear technology company based in Corvallis, Oregon, that develops and markets small modular reactors built around its NuScale Power Module, the first SMR design to receive US Nuclear Regulatory Commission design approval. Founded in 2007 on research from Oregon State University, it is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and has offices in Oregon, Rockville, Maryland and Houston, Texas. It hires mechanical, nuclear fuels, radiological, simulator and R&D engineers, licensing and quality assurance specialists, project managers and finance staff, often with remote options.
