Overview
Open Service is a Russian company that automates restaurants, cafes and bars on the iiko platform and was launched in 2010. As an official iiko dealer it handles turnkey implementation covering accounting, delivery, supplier workflows, loyalty cards, self-service kiosks, electronic checklists and integration with state systems such as Chestny Znak, EGAIS and OFD. The group supports more than 15,000 active venues with round-the-clock technical support and runs its own training school for iiko users, cost accountants and restaurant finance staff.
