Park Systems is a Suwon company founded in 1997 that manufactures atomic force microscopes. Its instruments measure nanoscale surfaces for semiconductor process control, materials research and life sciences laboratories worldwide. The company was founded by a researcher who worked on the first atomic force microscope at Stanford University.
