Peleng is a leading Belarusian defense technology, optoelectronic instrumentation enterprise, and space systems developer headquartered in Minsk. Originally established in 1974 as the Central Designing Bureau Peleng (evolving out of the Vavilov Minsk Mechanical Plant / BelOMO), the company operates on a B2G defense contracting, custom R&D, state-sponsored engineering, and international export commercial model.
