PSB (PJSC Promsvyazbank) is a state-owned financial institution and systemically important commercial bank headquartered in Moscow, Russia. Founded in 1995 by Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev, the enterprise was nationalized by the Central Bank of Russia in 2018 and subsequently designated by federal law as the primary supporting bank for Russia's defense-industrial complex and state defense orders (Gosoboronzakaz).
