Overview
Rocket Software is an enterprise software company headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts that builds tools to modernise, integrate and secure mainframe and other long-running business systems. Founded in 1990 and owned by Bain Capital since 2018, it grew through acquisitions including the application modernisation business of OpenText, and it serves banks, insurers, retailers and government agencies across North America, Europe and Asia.
