Seldin Company is a multifamily property management firm headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, that manages and leases conventional and affordable apartment communities and offers marketing, compliance and interior design services to owners. Founded in 1923, it manages more than 23,000 units across 14 states with deep roots in the Central United States, including communities financed through HUD and low-income housing tax credit programs. Its openings are mainly apartment maintenance technicians, maintenance supervisors, leasing specialists, tax credit lease-up managers and community managers in places such as Madison, Billings, Colorado Springs and Council Bluffs.
