We are building a new proprietary crypto trading desk and need a Trade Operations Manager to run its day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role. You will own the operational plumbing of the desk, ensuring every part of the trade lifecycle runs smoothly, accurately and at scale. You'll sit close to the trading and engineering teams and report directly to the Head of Trading.
