Overview
Starling Bank is a British digital bank headquartered in London that offers personal, joint, business, multi-currency and children's accounts through a mobile app, with no branches and its own proprietary banking platform. Founded in 2014 by Anne Boden, it serves more than four million accounts from offices in London, Cardiff, Southampton and Manchester and licenses its technology to other banks as the software-as-a-service business Engine by Starling. It hires software, infrastructure, cloud security and mobile engineers, security architects and penetration testers, finance and legal professionals, and customer service team leads.
