Overview
Transluce is a non-profit research laboratory building open tools that make the behaviour of artificial intelligence systems observable and auditable. Its work includes automated interpretability agents that describe what neurons and features represent, and investigator systems that surface unexpected model behaviours at scale. The laboratory publishes its tooling openly so that external researchers and auditors can examine deployed models; its founders previously led research and engineering teams at frontier laboratories.
