Overview

Utilidata is a company founded in 2011 that puts artificial intelligence directly into the electricity grid at the meter. Its Karman platform, built on a custom Nvidia chip, analyses high-resolution power data locally to detect faults, manage voltage and support electric vehicle charging. Utilities use it to run distribution networks that face growing and less predictable loads.
