Vertice is a procurement software company headquartered in London that offers an intake-to-procure and SaaS purchasing platform combined with AI agents and expert buyers who negotiate software and supplier contracts for enterprises. Founded in 2021 by serial entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, it has raised more than $100M including a Series C from investors such as Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North and Lakestar, has acquired Vendr, and runs hubs in New York, Brno, Sydney and Johannesburg.
