Overview
Victory Capital is a publicly traded investment management firm operating a multi-boutique model in which autonomous franchises run their own investment strategies on a shared operating platform. It offers mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts and solutions across equities, fixed income and alternatives, and absorbed the USAA mutual fund business in 2019. With roots going back to 1894 through its former KeyCorp parent, the firm became independent in 2013, listed on Nasdaq in 2018 and is based in San Antonio, Texas.
