Whistle Express is a US chain of express car washes offering tunnel washes, monthly unlimited wash memberships, a mobile app and free self-service detail vacuums at each site. It was founded in 2014 as Magnolia Wash Holdings by Frank Bennett and Brooks Moye, who combined existing express wash brands, and now runs locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma and other states.
